I was born in North Wales and moved to Folkestone when I was 10. I have always loved animals and science so becoming a vet seemed to be the perfect way to combine them. I qualified from Cambridge Vet School in June 2014 and having completed my student EMS placements at Manor, I was delighted to join the team immediately. I completed a graduate course to further enhance my learning, and gained my OV qualification to certify pets for travel abroad. I later became a clinical coach before taking on the role as senior vet. I enjoy all aspects of being a vet but medicine is my main interest, in particular endocrinology and neurology. At home, I have a cat called Nero, a snake called Fluffy, 11 pond fish and a horse called Jiminy Cricket who I enjoy exploring the beautiful Kent Countryside with whenever there's a chance.
