Just as in a human hospital, our vets do their "rounds" each morning starting at 8:30am. If you have a patient with us, please call after 9:30am, when we'll be able to give you an update.
The clinic opens at 8:00am with the phone lines opening at 8.30am; the phones are at their busiest between 8:30am and 9:30am; unless it is urgent it is best to call outside this time.
Our reception at Folkestone is manned from 8:00am until 7:00pm weekdays and 9:00am - 1:00pm on Saturdays. In addition, we are now open Sunday 9:00am - 1:00pm for booked appointments with a walk-in clinic from 11:00am - 1:00pm. You can also pop in between 9:00am - 1:00pm to pick up any ordered foods or prescriptions. Please note the phone lines are not open on a Sunday.
In an emergency (out of normal working hours), call our out-of-hours line.
Consultations at Folkestone take place Monday to Friday, Saturday mornings by appointment and Sundays for a walk-in clinic. Our Folkestone surgery is our main site and includes full diagnostic and surgical facilities.
Veterinary and nurse consultations are held daily (except Sundays). Surgical procedures may be booked every weekday morning.

Our Lyminge Branch is open on Tuesdays from 2:30pm - 4:30pm.
As of July 23rd 2018, our brand new Capel-le-Ferne branch will be open on Mondays from 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
